Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

  • Dean of Communications and Strategy (equivalent to Associate Professor):
    • The candidate must possess a PhD degree in any area of Science /Engineering with an interest and understanding of higher education institutions and their functions. At least 8 years’ experience in relevant areas of expertise in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/ PSUs/Private organization at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
  • Librarian:
    • Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with a consistently good academic record with at least 3 years in the post of Deputy Librarian
  • Manager Library:
    • Bachelor of Library / Information Science or equivalent with 4 years relevant experience. For applicants with Master’s degree in Library/ Information Science or equivalent, the normal duration of Master’s programme would be counted towards experience.
  • Manager:
    • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in relevant area as Junior Assistant / Deputy Manager
  • Lab In charge / Office In charge:
    • Matric / SSLC.

Age limit

  • Dean of Communications and Strategy (equivalent to Associate Professor): Maximum age 50 years
  • Librarian: Maximum age 55 years
  • Manager Library: Maximum age 40 years
  • Manager: Maximum age 40 years
  • Lab In charge / Office In charge: Maximum age 30 years

    • Level 1 Test: Written Test – General Knowledge, General English, Arithmetic, Motor Vehicle Act
    • Level 2 Test: Driving Test
  • Work Assistant/A: Selection will be based on written test only
