CBI Apprentice 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

A candidate must be either (i) A Citizen of India or (ii) A subject of Nepal or (iii) A subject of Bhutan or (iv) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Central Bank of India Apprentice Educational Qualification

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government.
Candidates must have completed Graduation on or after 01.01.2022 onwards. Candidates must produce marksheets and Provisional/Degree certificate issued from the University/College as and when require by the Bank.
Period of engagement shall be of 12 months.

Central Bank of India Apprentice Age limit

Min: 20 Years and Max: 28 years
Candidates must have been born not earlier than 31.05.1998 and not later than 31.05.2006 (both
days inclusive) Maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWs candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.

Central Bank of India Apprentice Application Fee

The application fee must be submitted exclusively via online mode and includes an 18% GST charge:

General / OBC / EWS (Male Candidates): Rs. 800 + GST = Rs. 944/-

Central Bank of India Apprentice Exam Pettern
