CISF AC (EXE) LDCE 2026
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has fixed March 8, 2026, as the date for the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) in New Delhi. This examination targets assistant commandant (executive) vacancies within the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Candidates may submit their applications at upsconline.nic.in. All application steps must be completed online before 6 pm on December 23. Twenty departmental openings are available this recruitment period: sixteen seats are marked for general category, three for Scheduled Caste (SC), and one for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates. Eligibility is limited to departmental employees from CISF as specified by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

UPSC CISF 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- The Educational Qualification for appearing in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination will be a Graduation from a recognized University.
Age limit
- A candidate must not have attained the age of 35 years on the 01st August, 2026 i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 02nd August, 1991 However, the upper age limit prescribed above shall be relaxable up to a maximum of five years if a candidate belongs to a Schedule Caste or a Schedule Tribe.

- The selection procedure/ scheme of the examination will consist of i) UPSC CAPF AC written exam, ii) Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests, (iii) Interview/Personality Test and (iv) Final Selection / Merit.
