IPPB Recruitment 2025

Indian Post Payment Bank (IPPB) a Government of India Undertaking, has released an official notification for the recruitment of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Chief Finance Officer (CFO), and Chief HR Officer (CHRO) posts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the IPPB recruitment portal from 02nd August 2025 to 22nd August 2025.

IPPB Officer Eligibility Criteria:

IPPB Officer Educational Qualifications

DGM-Finance/CFO: Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI + 15 years of experience (Scale VI) or 18 years (Scale VII).
Chief HR Officer: Any Graduate (Preference: MBA in HR) + 18 years of experience.
Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate in any discipline + 18 years of experience.
Chief Operating Officer: Graduate in any discipline + 18 years of experience.

IPPB Officer Age limit

Regular Posts: 35–55 years for DGM-Finance/CFO, 38–55 years for Chief HR Officer as on 01/07/2025.
Contractual Posts: 38–55 years for Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer as on 01/07/2025.

IPPB Officer Application Fee

For SC/ST/PWD Candidates: ₹150/- (Intimation charges only).
For all other Candidates: ₹750/-.

IPPB Officer Selection Process

Selection will be made on the basis of Interview. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.
IPPB reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates, as decided by the competent authority at the Bank, for the Assessment/ Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary screening/ short listing with reference to candidates’ qualification, experience, profile vis-a-vis job requirements, etc.
Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be made available on the website.
