Educational Qualification
- The required qualification is a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. Crucially, candidates must possess a valid score in the corresponding GATE paper from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Junior Executive (Architecture): Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration with the Council of Architecture. Requires a valid score in GATE paper Architecture and Planning (AR).
- Junior Executive (Engineering-Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil. Requires a valid score in GATE paper Civil Engineering (CE).
- Junior Executive (Engineering-Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical. Requires a valid score in GATE paper Electrical Engineering (EE).
- Junior Executive (Electronics): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electrical with a specialization in Electronics. Requires a valid score in GATE paper Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC).
- Junior Executive (Information Technology): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics OR a Master’s in Computer Application (MCA). Requires a valid score in GATE paper Computer Science and Information Technology (CS).

Application Fee
- Application Fee of Rs.300/‐ (Rs. Three Hundred only) is to be paid by the candidates through ONLINE MODE ONLY. Fee submitted by any other mode will not be accepted. However, the SC/ST/PwBD candidates/Apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship training in AAI/Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- The selection process for the AAI Junior Executive post is straightforward and merit-based, relying entirely on the candidate’s performance in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
- Stage 1: Shortlisting based on GATE Score
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage based on their normalized marks in the corresponding GATE paper.
- Valid scores from GATE 2023, GATE 2024, or GATE 2025 will be considered.
- Equal weightage will be given to scores from all three years.
- Stage 2: Application Verification
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Application Verification.
- During this stage, candidates must produce all original documents related to their eligibility, including educational certificates, GATE scorecard, caste/category certificate, and proof of identity.
- Failure to produce the required original documents will lead to the rejection of the candidature.
- The final merit list will be prepared based on the GATE scores of the candidates who successfully clear the application verification process.
