Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Full-Time Regular Three Years Diploma in relevant discipline of engineering from recognized Technical Board / Institute

Diploma Trainee (Electrical): Full-Time Regular Three Years Diploma in Electrical / Electrical (Power)/Electrical and Electronics/Power Systems Engineering / Power Engineering (Electrical).
Diploma Trainee (Civil): Full-Time Regular Three Years Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Diploma Trainee (Electronics): Full-Time Regular Three Years Diploma in Electronics /Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical Communication / Telecommunication Engineering.

Age Limit

27 years as on 23.09.2023.

Application Fee

The candidates are required to pay the fee of Rs 300, whereas SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

Selection Process

The selection process shall consist of Written Test (Computer Based Test) of eligible candidates.
Written Test shall be of Objective Type (each question shall have four answer options) of two hours’ duration consisting of two parts –

Part-I consists of Technical Knowledge Test (TKT) with 120 questions having specific questions from respective discipline.
Part-II consists of Supervisory Aptitude Test (SAT) with 50 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency and interpretation, numerical ability etc.
All questions carry equal marks (1 mark). Wrong and multiple answers would result in negative marks of ¼.
