Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Advisor:

B. Tech, B.E or equivalent degree in any of Geology, Environmental sciences, mining engineering or related discipline. Preferably Masters degree in any of Geology, Environmental sciences, mining engineering or related discipline.
Work Experience: Candidate should have minimum 20+ years of professional experience in leading organization in mining & mineral or metal with in depth knowledge on current and potential metal businesses such as manganese, base metal, iron ore, fluorspar, bauxite etc. Prior experience of leading large teams, with a track record of team development. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

DGM (Accounts): Degree of CA/ CMA from recognized Institute. Candidate should have 10 years post qualification experience in relevant field with proper position with successful track record. The basic knowledge of computer application is essential.

Age Limit is 47 Years as on 01-February-2023, however, relaxation may be given for reserved category candidates as per rules.

AM (F & A)/ Audit: Degree of CA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) from recognized institute. Candidate should have 03 years post qualification experience in relevant field. The basic knowledge of computer application is essential.

Age Limit is 40 Years as on 01-February-2023, however, relaxation may be given for reserved category candidates as per rules.

Selection Process

A Selection Committee will scrutinize the applications and short list the candidates based on merits. The short-listed candidates will be called for Interview (TA will be given as applicable to GMDC’s employees) or be interviewed through Video Conferencing as decided by GMDC.
