Ministry of Home Affairs, Intelligence Bureau (IB) , Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has invited online applications from Indian Nationals for Direct Recruitment to the post of Security Assistant/Executive (SA/Exe) & Multi-tasking Staff/General (MTS/Gen). The registration will be done from 28th January to 17th February 2023 for the recruitment of 1675 Vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and
- Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied.
- Knowledge of any one of the local language/dialect mentionedin Table ‘A’ above against each SIB.
Age limit
- Not exceeding 27 years (Security Assistant/ Executive) and 18-25 years (MTS).
Application Fee
- Examination Fee of Rs. 50/- & Recruitment Processing Charges of Rs. 450/- are to be paid by the Male candidates of General, EWS and OBC categories. Recruitment Processing Charges of Rs. 450/- only are to be paid by all other candidates.
Selection Process
- The selection process will be held in two stages. There will be 2 tiers of the examination.
- Tier -I: The first stage of the exam will be an online exam MCQ based. The duration of the exam will be of 1 hour.
- Tier-II: The second stage of the exam will be the offline and descriptive type for both the designation. There will be a spoken test, especially for the SA/Exe designation.
- Tier-III: The last stage of the selection will be an interview or the personality test.
