Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

JTO: Master’s Degree in English / Hindi with Hindi / English as a Compulsory Subject at Degree Level OR Master Degree in Any Subject with Hindi as the Medium and English as a compulsory Subject at Degree Level OR Bachelor Degree with Hindi and English as Main Subjects with Diploma / Certificate in Translation from Hindi and English.
Stenographer Grade-I (English Typing): Master’s Degree in English / Hindi with Hindi / English as a Compulsory Subject at Degree Level OR Master Degree in Any Subject with Hindi as the Medium and English as a compulsory Subject at Degree Level OR Bachelor Degree with Hindi and English as Main Subjects with Diploma / Certificate in Translation from Hindi and English.
Stenographer Grade-II (English Typing): 12th Class (Intermediate Exam) in Any Recognized Board in India. Dictation 10 Min @ 80 WPM and Transcription English 50 Minutes.
Administrative Assistant ‘A’ (English Typing): 12th (Intermediate) Exam in Any Recognized Board in India. English Typing 35 WPM.
Administrative Assistant ‘A’ (Hindi Typing): 10+2 Intermediate Exam in Any Recognized Board in India. Hindi Typing 30 WPM.
Store Assistant ‘A’ (English Typing): 10+2 Intermediate Exam in Any Recognized Board in India. English Typing 35 WPM.
Store Assistant ‘A’ (Hindi Typing): 10+2 Intermediate Exam in Any Recognized Board in India. Hindi Typing 30 WPM.
Security Assistant ‘A’: 10+2 Intermediate Exam in Any Recognized Board in India. EX Serviceman.
Vehicle Operator ‘A’: Class 10th Matric Exam Passed with Valid Driving License and 3 Year Experience.
Fire Engine Driver ‘A’: Class 10th Matric Exam Passed with Valid Driving License.
Fireman: Class 10th Matric Exam Passed in Any Recognized Board in India

Age limit

Not more than 30 years (Stenographer Grade-I / Junior Translation Officer (JTO))
18-27 years (Stenographer Grade-II / Admin. Assistant / Store Assistant / Security Assistant / Fire Engine Driver / Fireman)
Not more than 30 years (Vehicle Operator)

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

Tier 1 – Computer Based Test
Tier 2 – Trade/Skill/Physical Fitness and Capability Test, wherever applicable
Tier 3 – Descriptive in Nature

Junior Translation Officer (JTO): CBT + Descriptive

Stenographer Grade-II, Administrative Assistant, Store Assistant, Security Assistant, Vehicle Operator, Fire Engine, Driver, Fireman: CBT + Skill/Physical Fitness and Capability Test, wherever applicable.
