- Name of posts: Legal Officer
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- A Degree of Law Graduate from the recognized universities of India.
- Must be accredited for practice of law.
- Having computer proficiency of CCC+ level.
- Having minimum experience of aleast 5 years as practicing advocate.
- Among the above, having atleast 3 years of experience as practicing advocate in the High Court, or Having experience of atleast of 3 years of work to defend the cases in the Supreme Court of India / High Court on behalf of the Government Department / Divisional Offices.
- Applicant shall be registered in the Bar Council of Gujarat and Bar Council of India.
Age limit
- Maximum 50 years
Selection Process
- Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
