Educational Qualification
- Post Graduation in Psychology / Education / Psychological / Measurement / Psychometric / Management (Specialization in HR) with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities / Institutes.
- Preferably 1 year experience in the academic Research / Test Development. Competency in Operating computer is must.
Age limit
- 21 years to 30 years.
Selection Process
- Online Exam, Item writing Exercise, Group Exercises and Personal Interview.
