UPSC Recruitment 2022

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is recruiting candidates for various posts in the department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies by visiting the official website - upsconline.nic.in. Candidates must note that March 31, 2022, is the last date to apply for the exam. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 45 posts will be filled in the organization. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Assistant Editor: Candidates should have about five years’ practical experience in a responsible capacity in a library of standing & Proficiency in Telugu language
Photographic Officer: Candidates should have Two years’ experience in various branches of photography including experience in Press Photography in an organization in the field of Print or Audio-Visual Media
Scientist B: Candidates should have Three years experience of analytical methods and research therein in the field of Toxicology in any Central Government or State Government organization or recognized research institute or Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government.
Deputy Director of Mines Safety: Candidates Should Have Ten years’ professional experience in Industrial Installation or engineering workshop (including at least two years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering in direct relation to plant and equipment used in mining).
Assistant Executive Engineer: Candidates should have Two years experience in supervisory capacity in the field of radio aids to navigation
System Analyst in Union Public Service Commission: Candidates Should Have Three years post qualification experience in actual software development using PHP or JAVA or ASP.Net and having experience in database such as MYSQL or SQL or ORACLE or POSTGRES data base in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory or Autonomous organization or from any recognized Institution
Senior Lecturer: Candidates should have Three years’ teaching experience in the concerned Specialty after acquiring postgraduate qualification as Lecturer/ Registrar/ Senior Resident/ Demonstrator/ Tutor in a Recognized Medical College/ Teaching Institution.
Senior Lecturer: Candidates should have three years’ teaching experience in the concerned Specialty after acquiring postgraduate qualification as Lecturer/ Registrar/ Senior Resident/ Demonstrator/ Tutor in a Recognized Medical College/ Teaching Institution.

Age Limit

As per the Union Public Service Commission recruitment notification, the candidate’s maximum age should be 50 years , as on 01-08-2021.

Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any Community. No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.

Selection Process

The category-wise minimum level of suitability in interviews, irrespective of whether the selection is made only by interview or by Recruitment Test followed by interview, will be UR/EWS-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC/ST/PwBD-40 marks, out of the total marks of interview being 100.
In cases where selection is made by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by interview, the candidate will have to achieve minimum level of suitability in their respective category at Interview stage.
