Bank of Maharashtra has opened the online application process for the posts of Generalist Officers in Scale II and Scale III Project 2022-23. The last date to apply for these posts is February 22, 2022. Interested candidates can apply on bankofmaharashtra.in. The recruitment drive will fill 500 vacancies in the organisation. 400 vacancies are available for Generalist Officer Scale 2 and 100 for Generalist Officer Scale 3. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters / years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD). Passing of JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable. OR Professional qualification like CA / CMA / CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
Experience:

Generalist Officer MMGS Scale – II: Post qualification Work Experience of 3 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Credit related areas / Branch Head / Incharge is preferable.
Generalist Officer MMGS Scale III: Post qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have minimum one-year experience as Branch Manager / Head out of five years. Experience in Credit related areas / In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable.

Age limit

25 to 35 years (Generalist Officer Scale-II) and 25 to 38 years (Generalist Officer Scale-III)

Application Fee

The application fees for Bank of Maharashtra recruitment drive 2022 is the following according to cataogries:

UR / EWS / OBC: Rs 1180/-
SC / ST 100: Rs 118/-.

Selection Process

The candidates shall be required to appear for online examination to be conducted through IBPS. The successful candidates shall be called for interview in the proportion of 1:4 based on their ranking. The allocation of marks for online examination and Interview is 150 & 100 respectively which will be converted into 60:40. The minimum cut off marks for online examination, interview and final selection shall be 50% for UR / EWS and 45% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD.
