Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) a Govt. of India enterprise, has released ONGC HR Executive and PRO notification inviting online applications from UGC NET June 2020 qualified and interested candidates for filling Twenty-One (21) vacancies to the post of HR Executive (HRE) and Public Relation Officer (PRO) at ONGC through direct selection to be posted across ONGC work centers in India on a fulltime basis. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same started on December 15, 2021 and ends on January 4, 2022

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

HR Executive: MBA with specialization in Personnel Management HRD / HRM, OR Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IR/ Labour Welfare, 2 years full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in PM/ IR/ Labour Welfare, OR PGDM from IIM with minimum 60% marks or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/Institution.
Public Relations Officer: Master Degree/ minimum Two years Diploma in Public Relations/ Journalism / Mass Communication with minimum 60% marks or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/Institution.

Age limit

Candidates’ age limit should be Minimum 30 years and Maximum 40 years.

Application fee

For General/ EWS/ OBC Candidates Application Fee Rs.300/-.
For SC/ ST/ PwBD Candidates Application Fee Nil.

Selection Process

The desirous and eligible candidates having the essential qualification for the advertised posts should have appeared in UGC NET – June 2020 “Name of the posts, eligibility criteria, UGC NET subject with code and vacancy” and declared qualified by the UGC NET – June 2020 authority. UGC NET – June 2020 score in the subject mentioned against the posts of ONGC will be considered by ONGC for shortlisting the candidates for the further selection process of the personal interview as per the criteria decided by the management.
