Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Project Officer:
- Master's in Engineering, Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working as a researcher or analyst in the energy sector
- Must have prior experience of interacting with Government officials
- Ability to go through primary and secondary research sources such as journals, scientific publications, case studies, reports and popular articles and come with analysis that could have synergies with existing work in PMC
- To be able to work independently and have the capacity to organize large amounts of data and make meaningful analysis on them
- To be able to work and write reports, internal briefing papers, etc.
- To be able to coordinate with the Govt. departments to explain concepts etc.
- Project Manager:
- Master's in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in energy sector
- Experience of working with Government departments and industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with senior government officials
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make effective presentation on various topics of energy and climate
- Ability to distill complex information into simple and understandable concepts for targeted audience
- Ability to work quickly and churn out requests on a short notice
- Ability to speak fluent Gujarati and English
Selection Process
- Final Selection will be based on personal interview. Location for the interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through interview mail.
