Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- AGM:
- First Class Graduate or Post Graduate (Except Arts)-2 years Course (Including L.L.B.),OR CA.
- For First Class Graduate: At least 15 years’ experience in a Managerial category out of which 3 years in scale 3 & above in any Nationalised bank or as Dept. Head, or in Sr. Management category in any Financial Institute of repute or Urban Co-Operative Bank having minimum turnover of more than Rs.200 Crores. For Post Graduate: At least 12 years’ experience in a Managerial category out of which 3 years in scale 3 & above in any Nationalised bank or as Dept. Head, or in Sr. Management category in any Financial Institute of repute or Urban Co-Operative Bank having minimum turnover of more than Rs.200 Crores.
- CM:
- Any Graduate with First Class or Post Graduate(exept Arts),2 Years Course (Including L.L.B.) CA.
- For First Class Graduate: 15 years’ experience in Managerial category out of with 5 years equivalent to Sr. Manager or Dept. Head in Scale-III or above in any Nationalized Bank or Financial Institute or Urban Co-Operative Bank having minimum turnover of more than Rs.150 Crores. For Post Graduate: At least 10 years’ experience in relevant field in managerial category. At least 5 years’ experience as Manager or total 8 years’ experience in Banking or Financial Institute. Preference: CAIIB Pass. I.T. knowledge is essential.
- DCM:
- Any Graduate with First Class or Post Graduate(exept Arts),2 Years Course (Including L.L.B.) CA.
- For Graduate: • Total 10 years’ experience as an officer out of which 5 years in scale- II with Nationalized Bank OR • 10 years’ experience in managerial category in a reputed Financial Institute or Urban Co-Operative Bank with minimum turnover of Rs.150 Crores. For Post Graduate/C. A: • At least 5 years’ experience in managerial category in the Bank or any Financial Institution. OR • At least 5 years’ experience in Supervisory or Officer category in Urban Co-Operative Bank with minimum turnover of Rs.150 Crores. Preference: • CAIIB for Banking personal. For I.T., H.R., Secretary, and other specialized work at least 10 years of experience in relevant field in Managerial category is must.
Age limit
- AGM / CM: 50 Years and DCM: 45 years
