Educational Qualification
- JRF (Electrostatic Spray and CVD Based Textured and Solid Lubricated cBN-TiAlN-Graphene Coatings for Cutting Tools'):
- M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering / M. Sc. In Physics / Chemistry
- B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering / B. Sc. in Physics / Chemistry
- Desired Qualification: Coatings and Deposition techniques like Electrostatic Spray and CVD, Chemical Processing of Materials & Machining of Materials.
- JRF (Development of Low Cost and Flexible Memristor Devices for High Density Data Storage and Neuromorphic Applications):
- M.Sc. (Physics or relevant)/ M. Tech. Degree in Materials Science or equivalent with Minimum of 55% or equivalent CGPA from a recognised University.
- Desired Qualification: Candidate should have experience or interest in Material Science, Nanomaterials, Thin Films, Device Physics, Devices Processing with knowledge of structural, optical, and electrical characterization techniques. Candidate with prior relevant research experience and GATE/NET qualified will be preferred.
