Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Post-Doctoral Fellow (Physics): The successful candidate is encouraged to apply for the National Postdoctoral Fellowship (N-PDF) with Prof. Sudipta Sarkar during this one year tenure if they are eligible.
Project Associate (Earth Sciences): Master’s degree in Earth Sciences/Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Geospatial Sciences/Hydrology/Climate change or related area. Candidates should have valid GATE/NET card. Candidates selected through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institution such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc will also be considered.

Selection Process

Final Selection will be based on personal interview.

A detailed CV with biodata, academic details, professional experiences and other pertinent information.
List of publications.
A short research statement, not exceeding 2 pages.
