Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification & Age limit

DGM (Chief Risk Officer): Graduate degree, with – (a) Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; 5 years’ experience

Age Limit: 35-62 Years

AGM (Economy and Strategy): Post Graduate degree in Economics. Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D. 3 years’ experience

Age Limit: 32-50 Years

AGM (MIS): Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research. Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D. 3 years’ experience.

Age Limit: 32-50 Years

AGM (Human Resources): Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IRPM/ LLPM OR Graduate with MBA (HR) OR Graduate with PG Diploma in HR/personnel management or equivalent. 3 years’ experience.

Age Limit: 32-50 Years

RM (Risk Management): Graduate degree, with – (a) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; 2 years’ experience.

Age Limit: 30-45 Years

Manager (Credit Audit): Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/CWA)/ CFA or Graduate with MBA (Finance). 02 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions handling Credit /Audit / Risk.

Age Limit: 23-35 Years

Manager (Legal): LLB, Desirable: LLM 02 years’ experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions handling Legal and recovery matters as Law Officer.

Age Limit: 23-35 Years

Manager (Economy & Strategy): Graduate degree in Economics Desirable: Post Graduate or M.Phil. 02 years’ experience.

Age Limit: 23-35 Years

Manager (MIS): Graduate degree in Statistics, Desirable: Post Graduate, M.Phil. 02 years’ experience.

Selection Process

Final Selection will be based on Shortlisting and Interview.
Interview: Mere fulfilling of minimum educational, professional qualification and post-qualification experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for Interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for Interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the Interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview. Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Interview after preliminary screening/ short-listing with reference to candidate’s qualification, suitability, experience etc.
