Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Master in Human Resources (HR) or Social work, with Diploma in Labour Laws,
- Candidate should be Master in Human Resources (HR) or Social work, with Diploma in Labour Laws and shall have experience of 15-20 years in human resources department in a medium to large industrial organization.
- The experience shall include recruitment, performance management system, training and development , contract labour management, liaison with government authorities, general administration and transport management. Experience of developing and implementing HR systems is desirable. The candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
