Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Business Development Executive (CASA): Be responsible for Sales & Marketing of Current Account and Saving Accounts. Achieve assigned targets, maintain Fund Value and Cross-sell other products. Experience of 1 year or more in sales & marketing is preferred. Freshers may also Apply.
Business Development Executive (Gold Loan): Be responsible for Sales & Marketing of Gold Loan. Achieve assigned targets, maintain Portfolio Value and Cross-sell other products. Experience of 1 year or more in sales & marketing is preferred. Freshers may also Apply.
Gold Loan Officer: Be responsible for Gold Loan Product – Branch Gold Loan Operations, Customer Service, Customer Relation. Contribute to the growth of the Branch by achieving assigned targets. Relevant experience of a minimum of 2 years mandatory.
Branch Manager: Be responsible for business development & relationship banking and team management. 2 years’ or more experience as BM in a new generation bank is mandatory.
Customer Relationship Executive: Be responsible for Customer Relations, Customer Service and Branch Operations. Contribute to the growth of the Branch by achieving assigned targets – including Current Account, Saving Accounts and other products. Experience of 1 year or more in branch operations is preferred. Freshers may also apply.
Relationship Officer: Be responsible for customer service and branch operations. CASA Sourcing & cross sell of retail products. Experience of 1 year or more in branch operations is preferred.
Relationship Manager: Be responsible for Business Development & relationship with HNI & NRI customers. Relevant experience of minimum of 3 years mandatory
