Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Manger (HR):
- Qualification: B.E. (EC / EEE / Electronics / IC) from a recognized university by UGC / AICTE
- Experience: 5 years of experience of technical work
- Assistant Manger (IT):
- Qualification : B.E. (Computer / IT) / MCA / M.Sc. IT from a recognized university by UGC / AICTE
- Experience : 5 years of experience of technical work
- Assistant Manger (Technical):
- Qualification : MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) from a recognized university by UGC / AICTE, knowledge of Labour Laws and other guidelines is a must. Candidate possessing LLB degree will be preferred.
- Experience : 5 years of experience handling HR related activities in any PSU / Private Limited company.
Age limit
- Not more than 35 years
