Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Manager: Degree in any discipline, preferably Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR or Personnel Management / Administration from recognized University / Institute of repute
- Programmer: B.E./ B.Tech / MCA
Age limit
- Manager: Maximum: 62 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1958
- Programmer: Minimum 21 years & Maximum 35 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1985 and not later than 01/01/1999 (both dates inclusive)
Remuneration
- Manager: Rs. 80,000/- per month (Consolidated)
- Programmer: Rs. 35,400/- (basic pay)
Application Fee
- Rs. 500/- for all categories of candidates.

- Final Selection will be based on written exam / personal interview
