Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- LHV/PHN: FHW/ANM basic course from recognized institute from Indian nursing council. Registration in Gujarat council. Knowledge of basic computer / B.Sc. nursing pass
- Sanitary Inspector: 12th pass MPHW basic course pass / Sanitary Inspector course pass from recognized institute & having certificate of basic computer course.
Age limit
- Not more than 45 years
