Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with degree in Law and Minimum 3 years of post-qualification (CS) experience of dealing with secretarial, legal and regulatory matters of the Company and competent knowledge of the Companies Act.

Age limit

• Not more than 35 years (as on 31/07/2019)

Selection Process

• Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
