Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

JRF (Science & Heritage Research Initiative (SHRI)): Master’s degree in Earth Sciences/Civil Engineering/Geospatial Sciences/Hydrology/Climate change/Archaeology or related area. Candidates should have valid GATE/NET card. Candidates selected through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institution such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc will also be considered.
JRF (Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES)): Master’s degree in Earth Sciences/Civil Engineering/Geospatial Sciences/Hydrology or related area. Candidates should have valid GATE/NET card. Candidates selected through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institution such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc will also be considered.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be informed and called for interview which will be held at IIT Gandhinagar or through Skype.
