Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- MSW/MLW/ MPM/MBA in HR (full time) /other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/ University.
- Preference shall be given to IIM graduate
- Around 21-25 Years of Post Qualification Experience, out of which 7 years at Senior Level in HR Dept. of large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500.
- Incumbent should have worked continuously for 7 years in one organization
Age limit
- Around 50 to 55 years
Selection Process
- Final Selection will be based on personal interview
