Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University; &
- Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management or Social Work with Specialization in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations recognized by GoK for appointment to superior posts or as Welfare Officer under the Factories Act or a Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University with a Bachelor’s Degree in law or Diploma in Labour Laws or MSW/MBA with specialization in Personnel Management.
Age limit
- Between 18 to 35 years
Application Fee
- Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/Cat-I candidates) plus postal service charges of Rs.25/-.
- Nominal fees of Rs.50/-(Rs.25/- processing charges+Rs.25/- postal service charges)
Selection Process
- Final Selection will be based on written exam
