Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification & Age limit

  • Manager: The candidate should be a Post Graduate OR professional Chartered Accountant (CA) OR professional Cost Accountant (CMA) OR holding full time MBA (Finance) degree with first class from a reputed institute. The candidate should have minimum 15 years of post-qualification professional experience in the field of Finance/ Accounts/ Audit/ Contracts/ Legal Departments, of which about 8 years must be in an overall supervisory position. Experience from Autonomous Bodies or large Academic Institution or PSUs is desirable.
    • Max. 50 years as on the last date of application
  • Manager – Human Resource (HR): 
    • Candidate should have full-time Post Graduation degree in HR/IR with first class. 
    • Candidate should have minimum fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in the field of HR (Personnel, Pay Roll, Vigilance, Administration, Legal etc.) Department, of which about 8 years must be in an overall supervisory position.
    • Candidates having experience from Autonomous Bodies or large Academic Institution or PSUs may be preferred.
    • Knowledge of HR, Pay Roll, Allowances, Rules and regulations, compensation, labour laws, and statutory requirements is the must.
    • Knowledge of prevailing rules on recruitment, appraisal, promotion, increment, pay fixation, leave, LTC, Superannuation of the Central Government / State Government/ PSU/ autonomous bodies/ Universities is also required.
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Excellent computer knowledge.
    • Should be a team player who can instil confidence and establish high-performance levels.
    • Should have excellent networking abilities

  • Chartered Accountants : The candidate should be a professional Chartered Accountant (CA). The candidate should have at least 5 years post qualification professional experience in the field of Finance/ Accounts/ Audit Departments. Experience in Autonomous Bodies or large Academic Institution or PSUs is desirable.
    • Max. 35 years as on the last date of application
  • Electrical Engineer: The candidate should possess full-time Degree in Electrical Engineering with first class from a recognised university. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in electrical engineering. Must have qualifications to get an electrical engineer’s licence in Gandhinagar/ Ahmedabad. Supervisory experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the campus/ township electrical field related development & maintenance is highly desirable.

  • Civil Engineer: The candidate should possess full-time Degree in Civil Engineering with first class from a recognised university. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Civil/Construction field.   • Programme Coordinator – Executive Education: 
    • The candidate should be a graduate (full time) with first class from any recognized university and should have minimum three years of relevant experience OR the candidate should be a post graduate (full time) with second class from any recognized university and should have minimum one year of relevant experience.
    • A post graduate management degree would be preferred.
    • The experience mainly related to marketing, and selling executive programs or professional services to corporate clients is a must.
    • The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
    • The candidate should be fluent in English communication, should be capable to handle queries successfully, and should be flexible to work as per the programme requirements.
    • In depth knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer-related tasks is essential.
    • The candidate should have information gathering skills, understanding of basic office administrative processes, high level of technology literacy, particularly internet and social media is necessary.

    • In depth knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point) and other computer related tasks is essential.

    • The candidate should have excellent common sense, communication skill and positive attitude. 
    • Preference may be given to the candidates having Certificate/ Diploma in Shorthand/ Stenography in English, typing in English, Office Administration, Communication, Computer Applications etc.
    • The candidate having practical experience mainly related to secretarial assistance may be preferred. In case of suitable and deserving candidates having considerably good relevant experience, educational qualification criteria may be relaxed provided all other qualities like communication skill etc. are also good.

    • The candidate should be a graduate (full time) with first class from any recognized university and should have minimum three years of relevant experience OR the candidate should be a post graduate (full time) with second class from any recognized university and should have minimum one year of relevant experience.

    • Candidates having additional relevant experience may also be preferred.
    • The experience related to secretarial assistance may be an added advantage.
    • The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
    • The candidate should be fluent in English communication, should be capable to handle queries successfully, and should be flexible to work as per the programme requirements.

    • Candidates should possess (i) a First Class Masters Degree in Psychology, Sociology or Management with specialization in Organizational Behaviour, HR, Industrial Psychology or any other field relevant to Organizational Behaviour; or (ii) M.Phil. or Ph.D. in any of these disciplines. Relevant work experience and JRF/NET qualifications will carry additional weightage. Candidates with the outstanding academic record, with or without work experience, including those completing the final year of their Master’s degree, are welcome to apply. 
      • Preference: Below 30 years
    • Remuneration: Monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 37,000/- depending upon on qualification, experience, merit and performance in the test/interview. No other allowances except TA/DA for the official tour will be paid
