General Manager:

Incumbent should be a B.E.(Chemical) / M.Sc.(Agriculture) /other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/ University.
Experience: Around 20 years of experience in Fertilizer Marketing in one of the major Fertilizer Companies in India, out of which 10 years at Senior Level (Without any interruption) in Marketing of Urea / Complex Fertilizers.

Around 45-50 years.

Additional General Manager (Human Resources):

Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW / MPM / other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute / University. Preference would be given to Candidates having post-graduation from IIM-Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Kolkata / Madras
Experience: Around 15-20 years of experience, out of which 7 years at Senior Level in HR Dept. of large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500.
Incumbent should have worked continuously for atleast 7 years in one organization at Senior level.

Around 45 years.

Sr. Executive:

MBA - Marketing from a recognized institute / university Preferably from IIM-Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Kolkata / Madras with good academic track records.
Around 5-10 Years of Post Qualification Experience

Around 40 years

Market Analyst:

MBA (Finance / Marketing / Statistics) / M.Sc. (Maths / Statistics) from reputed College / university.
Preference shall be given to Graduate Chemical Engineer with MBA.
Around 10 Years of Post Qualification Experience as Market Analyst in large leading chemical / petro-chemical industry having annual turnover more than Rs.1,000/- Crore.
