AWES Eligibility
- Educational Qualification & Age Limit:
- PGT: B Ed
- TGT: B Ed
- PRT: B Ed / 2 years Diploma
- Experience: Should have minimum 5 years teaching experience in the last 10 years
- Age limit:
- Fresh Candidates: Below 40 years (except for Delhi schools where TGT/PRT should be < 29 yrs and PGT < 36 years)
- Experienced Candidates - Below 57 years
- Application fees: Rs 500/-(non refundable).
AWES Selection Process
- Final selection will be based on Written exam & Interview.

- Part A: General awareness, Mental Ability, English Comprehension, Educational Concepts and Methodology
- Time: 3 Hours
- Marks: 90
- Types of Que.: Objective
- Part B: Specific to subject

- PRT:
- Part A: Same as Part A for PGT/TGT
- Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
