Eligibility

  • Educational qualification & Experience:
    • Regional Sales Manager (Gold Loan): Responsible for business development of Gold Loan products. Strategies marketing & sales of gold loan and cross-selling of other products. Lead and mentor sales force. 10 -15 years of experience in Gold Loan in Bank/ NBFC with leadership experience of 5-10 years.
    • Area Sales Manager (Gold Loan): Responsible for sales, marketing of Gold Loan products. Lead sales team of 14-16. Explore opportunities and cross-sell other products. 7-10 years of experience in Gold Loan in Bank/ NBFC with leadership experience of 3-5 years.
    • Business Development Executive (Gold Loan): Sales & marketing of Gold Loan Products; Identify opportunities and cross-sell other products 6 months - 2 years of experience in Gold Loan in Bank / NBFC.
    • Regional Sales Manager (CASA): Responsible for business development of CASA. Strategise and implement - enhancing of branch productivity, marketing & sales of CASA, sourcing of institutional and Govt. business and cross-selling of other products. Lead and mentor sales force. 10 -15 years of experience in in Bank/ Financial industry with leadership experience of 5-10 years.
    • Area Sales Manager (CASA): Responsible for sales and marketing of CASA products. Lead sales team of 14-20. Explore opportunities and cross-sell other products. 7-10 years of experience in CASA in in Bank/ Financial industry with leadership experience of 3-5 years.
    • Business Development Executive (CASA): Sales & marketing of CASA Products; Identify opportunities and cross-sell other products 6 months - 2 years of experience in CASA in Bank/ in Bank/ Financial industry.
