Educational qualification: An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the Gandhian Study/Gandhian Thought/Gandhian Philosophy and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
Pay Scale: RS.37400-67000 AGP 10000
Associate Professor: 02 post
Educational qualification: Good academic record (with 50% Average for all years/semesters in undergraduate course; passed in first attempt). A Master's Degree in Gandhian Study/Political Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). Ph.D. in Gandhian Thought or in Political Science with Gandhian Thought. Minimum eight years' experience in teaching and/or research in an academic I research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 (Five) publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
Assistant Professor: 01 post
Educational qualification: Good academic record (with 50% Average for all years/semesters in undergraduate course; passed in first attempt). A Master's Degree in Gandhian Study/Political Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). Ph.D. in Gandhian Thought or in Political Science with Gandhian Thought. Minimum eight years' experience in teaching and/or research in an academic I research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 (Five) publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
Finance Officer: 01 post
Educational qualification: Master's degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.7000 and above or with 8 years' service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. OR Comparable experience in Research establishment and/or other institutions of Higher Education OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Pay Scale: Rs.37,400-67,000 GP 10,000 (Initial pay Rs. 43,000)
