- Assistant Registrar: 01 Post
- Master's degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade in the UGC seven point scale and Good academic record i.e. 50% Average for all years/semesters in undergraduate courses.
- Working knowledge of computer: skill in MS office, Spreadsheet, Power Point and the Internet will be required.
- At least 05 years of experience in administration in a supervisory post.
- Desirable: M.Com/MBA (Finance or HR) with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade in the UGC seven point scale and Good academic record.
- 35 to 40 Years
- Section Officer: 01 Post
- Bachelor's degree in any subject with 55% and 5 years' experience as Assistant (GP 4200) OR Post-Graduate in any with 55% and 3 years' experience as Assistant (GP 4200).
- Working knowledge of computer: Skill in MS Office, power point and excel will be required. Knowledge of open source and internet desirable.
- 30 to 35 Years
- Assistant: 01 Post
- Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university with working knowledge of computer applications especially skill in MS office and Open Source, Spreadsheet, Power Point, Internet, Tally, Gujarati and English Typing etc. and 5 years' experience of accounting or office work.

- Graphic Artist: 01 Post
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Fine arts/Commercial arts/Graphic design/animation from a recognized University/Institute and three years relevant experience.

- Stenographer: 01 Post
- A Bachelor's Degree from recognized University.
- English Stenography speed - 100 wpm; English Typewriting speed - 50 wpm. OR
- Gujarati Stenography speed - 100 wpm; Gujarati Typewriting speed - 40 wpm.
- Good knowledge of computer applications especially skill in MS office, excel, Power Point, Internet. Knowledge of Open source is desirable.
- 25 to 30 Years
