- B'Tech./B'E 'in Civil Engineering with valid GATE score preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in Structural Engineering.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- M. E. / M. Tech. in Electrical / Electronics and related disciplines with a valid GATE score and knowledge in Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent.
