Required documents:
- 'Print-out' of the ‘e-Call letter-cum-Admission Slip’, for appearing for the 'Viva-voce Test (OralInterview)'. As the e-Call letter is required to be submitted to the Official concerned, intact, the Candidate, is advised to retain a photocopy of the Call letter for his/her record.
- ‘Printout’ of the ‘Online Recruitment Application’ (ORA), duly signed by the Candidate, alongwith Original Cash Voucher marked as ‘Office Copy’ with one Recent Passport size Colour Photograph.
- School Leaving Certificate or Birth Certificate issued under Birth & Death Registration Act.
- Documents showing Educational Qualifications i.e. Mark-sheets and Certificates of SSCE, HSCE, Final Year of Graduation, Post Graduation, etc.
- Certification showing the respective requisite Speed in English Stenography / Typewriting, if any.
- Certificates vis-à-vis of ‘Computer Examination’ in view of stipulation at Item No. 1(b) of Detailed Advertisement dated 02/03/2016 (in view of Rule 14 of the Rules)
- Caste Certificate for the respective Reserved Category, issued by the Competent Authority of the State of Gujarat.
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for the SEBC Category issued by the Competent Authority during the current Financial Year.
- In case of Differently Abled candidates (a) a Certificate from a Competent Authority to the effect that he/she has a locomotor disability of not less than 40% and (b) a certificate from the Standing Medical Board at Ahmedabad, to the effect that he would be able to perform the duties of the post in question.
- ‘No Objection Certificate (NOC)’, if employed in State/Central Government.
- ‘Certificate of Discharge’ in case of Ex-Servicemen.
- Certificates (in Original) from Two Respectable Persons of Professionals/ Dignitaries like Doctor, Engineer, M.L.A., M.Ps., certifying the Candidate’s good moral Character (Original).
- Government Gazette, showing change in name/surname etc, if any
- In case any Criminal Case(s) / Complaint(s) have been filed/registered against Candidate, it will be incumbent upon the Candidate, to submit the authenticated / attested copies of the relevant documents, viz. FIR / Charge-sheets, Judgment etc.
- Identity Proof i.e. Election Card, PAN Card, valid Driving Licence, valid Passport, Aadhar Card, I-Card issued by Bar Council of the State, if any.
