Name of the post & Educational Qualification:
- Mining Sirdar / Shot Firer, T&S (Gr.-C): 388 Posts
- Mining Sirdar Certificate of competency issued by DGMS (OR) Diploma in Mining & Mine surveying and Over-man Competency Certificate issued by DGMS.
- Valid Gas Testing Certificate issued by DGMS.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Surveyor (Mining) T&S (Gr. - B): 12 Posts
- Matriculation and Surveyor's Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS (OR)
- Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying ; and Surveyor's Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS.
Age limit: Between 18 years to 30 years as on 01/03/2016
Selection process: Selection will comprise of written test only. The candidates shortlisted in the written test will be empanelled. Written test shall be of objective nature type with multiple choice. Information for written test shall be given to the candidates through registered post and on company website. Answers having 100 questions for two hours duration. Pass marks for written test shall be 40% for general candidates, 35% for OBC and 30% for SC/ST.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay of Rs. 100/- for General & OBC category only by demand draft from any Nationalized Bank in favor of "Western Coalfields Limited, Nagpur" payable at Nagpur. Name of the candidate and post applied for should be written on the back side of the demand draft. SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
