- 12th pass & Govt approved, Senetory Inspector course passed or Multy Purpose Health Worker course passed
- Govt. approved Computer basic course passed
- Salary: Rs. 10000/- per month
- Field Worker (FW): 384 Posts
- Minimum 8th pass, Must be knowledge for bicycle driving
- Preference will be given to Health related work experience
- Salary: Rs. 7100/- per month
Age Limit: Not more then 30 years
Selection Process: Selection will be based on written test / interview.
