- Graduate in any stream full time regular course with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA AND Post Graduation full time regular course in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management) or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA. (OR) Completed professional courses like CA/ICWA/CFA (USA) Qualifications like FRM, PRMIA, DTIRM shall be preferred.
- Age: Between 25 years to 35 years
- Manager (IT): 10 Posts
- Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunications/Electronics & Communication (OR) Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication
- Age: Between 23 years to 35 years
- Manager (Forex): 05 Posts
- Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable.

- Manager (Debt/Equity): 02 Posts
- Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable.

- Manager (Law): 21 Posts
- Full time Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.

- Manager (CA): 30 Posts
- Passed Final Examination for Chartered Accountants.
- Age: Between 23 years to 35 years
- Manager (Security): 22 Posts
- Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government

- Security Officer: 15 Posts
- Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government

Selection Process: The selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Group Discussion (GD) and / or Personal Interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for GD/PI. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the GD / PI after preliminary screening / short-listing with reference to candidate’s qualification, suitability and experience etc. The marks of Group Discussion / Personal Interview for these posts are as follows:
