- Controller of Examination: 01 Post
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the Marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale; and
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post or above in grade pay Rs. 5400 or above. OR
- Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institution of higher education in grade pay Rs. 5400 or above. OR
- 10 years of administrative experience in the University system in the grade pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent or above on regular basis.
- Experience of the University Examination System is Desirable.

- Warden (Boy): 01 Post
- Bachelor’s degree with any discipline from recognized university.
- Minimum three years experience as hostel warden is desirable.

Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on interview
Application Fees: Candidates belonging to ‘General’ and ‘SEBC‘ category are require to submit Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- along with the application and candidates belonging with S.C./S.T. category are require to submit Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- along with the application. Demand Draft should be in favour of ‘ Registrar, Indian Institute of Teacher Education’, payable at Gandhinagar. Application wihtout required fees will be rejected.
How to apply: Candidates should enclose attested copies of certificates as proof of the evidence of Age, Educational Qualifications, Category, Experience, etc. Candidates who are desirous of applying for more than one post will have to submit separate prescribed application form for each post with separate application fee and documents. Five copies of duly filled in Application form along with attested true copies of the relevant encosures to all five copies (for each post separate application with separate Demand Draft) shall be submitted by the applicant so as to reach the University by registered / Speed post only,
