Name of Posts & Educational Qualification:
  • Director (Research & Development):
    • An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 50 publications in international journals of impact factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus).
    • A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, must including experience of guiding 10 candidates for research at doctoral level.
    • Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process.
    • A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per prevailing UGC norms.
  • Director (Forensic Science / Behavioral Science / Training):
    • An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 15 publications in international journals of impact factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus).
    • A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, must including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
    • Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process.
    • A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per prevailing UGC norms.
  • Professor (Institute of Forensic Science: Forensic Science, Forensic Biotechnology, Cyber Security, Homeland Security. Institute of Research & Development: Pharmacy, Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Environmental Science/Management, Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering), Food Science & Technology. Institute of Behavioural Science: Neuroscience, Clinical Psychology):
    • An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications in international journals of impact factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus).
    • A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, must including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. 
    • Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula courses and technology – mediated teaching learning process.
    • A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per prevailing UGC norms. 
  • Associate Professor (Institute of Forensic Science: Forensic Science, Forensic Biotechnology, Cyber Security, Homeland Security Institute of Research & Development: Pharmacy, Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Environmental Science/Management, Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering), Food Science & Technology Institute of Behavioural Science: Neuroscience, Clinical Psychology):
    • Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
    • A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
    • A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications in international journals of impact factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus).
    • Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students.
    • A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per prevailing UGC norms.
  • Assistant Professor (Institute of Forensic Science: Homeland Security, Forensic Odontology, Finance & Forensic Accounting Institute of Behavioral Science: Child Psychology, Cyber Psychology): 
    • Ph.D. / Master Degree or NET Qualified and with good academic record throughout at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, where relevant. The candidate should have demonstrated research capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals with impact factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus). (However, the candidate with Master Degree will have to obtain the Ph.D. within 5 Years.)
  • Controller of Examination
    • A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from any recognized University. 
  • Assistant Librarian
    • A Master’s Degree in library science/information science/documentation science or equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library.
    • Qualifying in national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
  • Account Officer
    • Chartered Accountant or A Master’s Degree in Commerce with Accounts and Auditing subject and at least 7 Years experience in a responsible capacity in Accounts.
  • Store - Purchase Officer
    • Any graduate (Degree in Materials Management will be an added advantage). 
  • Dy. Manager - HR & Training:
    • Masters Degree in Business Management or equivalent /Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in HR/PM & IR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Science/Social Welfare/Social Work of 2 Years duration from University/Institution recognized by Government.
  • Assistant Manager
    • Degree in Business Administration
    • Masters Degree in Business Management or equivalent /Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in HR/PM & IR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Science/Social Welfare/Social Work of 2 Years duration from University/Institution recognized by Government.
  • Senior Assistant - Store - Purchase
    • Any graduate (Degree in Materials Management will be an added advantage). 
  • Sub Accountant / Auditor:
    • Chartered Accountant or B. Com with 01st Class Degree with Accountancy from a Recognized University.
