Name of the Posts: Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) (only for Girls)

Educational Qualification: 12th Class Pass from recognized (MP) State Board.

Age Limit: Between 17 years to 30 years as on 01/07/2015

Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on written test / ANM Training Selection Test & interview.

Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay of Rs. 400 for General & Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/OBC/Handicap candidates + portal fee of Rs. 70/- through internet banking.
