- Marketing and Resource Mobilization:
- First class MBA, preferably in marketing and Sales, 2 years experience preferred
- IT and IT Solutions:
- First class MBA(IT)/MCA(IT)/B.E/B.Tech (IT/Computer/E&C); Min. 5 years of experience in developing IT solutions independently preferably in education or governance field
- Web development:
- B.E / B. Tech (Software Engineering / IT / Computer Engineering / Computer Application) or MBA (IT) / MCA; 3-5 years of experience in web development
- Personnel Management:
- First class MBA/MSW/MLW/Masters in Personnel Management or Degree in Law; About 10 years of experience in handling Personnel and HR matterswill be preferred
- Human Resource (HR) Management:
- First class MBA(HR)/MSW/Masters in Social Sciences, Humanities, Psychology, Management; Experience of at least 2 years preferred
