Dean of Faculty of Technology

The candidate should have a good understanding and appreciation of the practical challenges and opportunities facing construction & development technology today. The person should also have global exposure and outlook, and appreciate international quality research. Excellent leadership abilities are essential.

Database Manager

The person will be primarily responsible for heading the record management job and respective assistants at the Archives.
Major tasks: creating the inventories, maintaining physical and digital catalogs, data-entry and management of the Archives website as well as helping with other administrative requirements.

Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Positive attitude and self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English language.Strong time management and coordination skills.Ability to interact effectively over phone and in person.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 2-4 years of Professional experience in a similar capacity preferably in Education or Corporate sector

Assistant Professor - FT (BEP)

Candidate should have demonstrated teaching and research experience and have the ability to work with and guide students. Candidate must have a PhD or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Building Science or a related field with a good academic record Candidates with Ph.D must have taken coursework related to the area and preferably with a thesis related to building performance involving energy simulation. Candidate with Master’s degree must have taken coursework related to the area. Master’s candidates need to have at least a total of five years of work experience with three years of that using with Building Energy Simulation.Candidates must have good knowledge of whole building energy simulations with Energy Plus or DOE-2, building components simulation, and HVAC systems.Knowledge of simulation with Radiance or CFD simulation will be considered a plus.
