Name of the Posts & Educational Qualification:
- Customer Support Representative:
- Higher Secondary Education/Senior Secondary Education (12th Pass). Freshers can also apply for this position provided they have good communication skills both in English & Hindi. Preferred - Minimum 6 months experience in a voice process/non- voice Process in a contact centre will be preferred. Good communications skills in vernacular languages will be an added advantage.
- Team Leader:
- Graduate from any Discipline. 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in contact center inbound voice process.
- In House Assessors:
- Automobile / Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma. Preferred - A motor surveyor’s license. Required Experience - 2+ years experience in handling motor insurance claims / motor loss assessing either in an insurance company or as an independent surveyor (OR) in Accident section of a reputed automobile dealer.
- Quality Executive / Quality Analyst:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University/Institution. Strong knowledge of various technology platforms and orientation to modern word-processing and spreadsheet tools. Minimum 1 year experience in an Insurance Company/BPO industry.
