Educational Qualifications:
  • Senior Manager / Manager / Assistant Manager - HR: Graduate with full time Post Graduate Degree/Full Time Post Graduate Diploma (02 yrs. Duration) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with 60% marks or equivalent. (OR) Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in HR/IR (02 yrs. Duration) with 60% marks or equivalent. (OR) Full Time Master in Business Administration (MBA-HR) with 60% marks or equivalent. (OR) Full Time Master of Management Studies (MMS-HR) with 60% marks or equivalent. (OR) Full Time MSW with 60% marks or equivalent. Experience - 14 years experience for Senior Manager / 11 Years experience for Manager / 08 Years experience for Assistant Manager in different areas of HR / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
  • Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance: CA / ICWA / Full time MBA (Finance) (02 Year Duration). 11 years (Manager) / 08 years (Assistant Manager) experience in different areas of Financial Management Accounting, Commercial Accounting, Coasting.
  • Assistant Manager (Materials): B.E./ B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent. Experience - 08 years experience in one or more areas of materials management.
  • Legal Officer: Graduate in any discipline with full time Degree in Law with 60% marks or equivalent. (OR) Five years full time Integrated LL.B with 60% marks or equivalent. Experience - 02 years experience of Drafting / Vetting / Executing of legal.
  • Accounts Officer: CA / ICWA / Full time MBA (Finance) (02 year duration). Experience - 02 Years.
  • Accountant: Graduate/ Full time Post Graduate with intermediate pass of CA/ICWA.
  • Technical Assistant: Diploma in Survey Engineering with Minimum 60% marks and 02 (Two) year work experience in surface surveying. (OR) Full time Diploma in Civil Engineering with Minimum 60% marks and 02 (Two) year work experience in surface surveying. (OR) Passed Full time Surveyor Certificate (02 years duration) from ITI with Minimum 60% marks after Matriculation (10th) and 05 years work experience in surface surveying.
  • Operator (Computer): 12th pass (with Matric) or equivalent, from Govt, recognized Board / Institute, with Diploma / Certificate in computer applications, from a Govt, recognized Institute. Must have proficiency in, Date Entry Work. Working knowledge of computers, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point.
  • Machinist: Matriculate or equivalent with full time ITI certificate in Turner, Machinist, Grinder or Miller trade with 03 years' experience in a reputed workshop in Machinist or related Trades, after passing full time ITI Certificate.

Registration Fee: Rs. 100/- for General and OBC candidates (Not applicable in case of SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-Serviceman candidates) will submit through Punjab National Bank or State Bank of India, challan available at official website.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
