Name of the Posts & Educational Qualification:
- Technical Superintendent (Weaving): 07 Posts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology or three years Diploma in Handloom Technology.
- Technical Superintendent (Processing): 05 Posts
- Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry or Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Textile Processing.
- Textile Designer: 03 Posts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design or Fine Arts with Textile Design as a subject from a recognized University or Institute.
Age Limit: Not be exceeding 30 years as on closing date of application.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on skill test/ computer proficiency test / interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 50/- (No fee for Women / PH / SC / ST / Ex-s. candidates) through CRFS (Central Recruitment Fee Stamp) These stamps are available at all departmental Post Offices of the country. These stamps may be pasted on the application form in the space provided for the purpose.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format, one recent passport size photograph to be pasted on the application along with attested copies of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps, two self-addressed envelopes of 12 cms x 25 cms size, one of which should be affixed with postage stamps worth Rs. 6/-, caste certificate, qualification certificates / mark sheets, age proof, experience certificate, age relaxation certificates etc & other relevant documents in an envelop should be superscribed as “Application For The Post of _________"to given address.
Notes: The envelope containing the application must be superscribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT(WEAVING) or TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT(PROCESSING) or TEXTILE DESIGNER, ADVERTISED VIDE CATEGORY NO. 1-B, 2-B or 3-B OF ADVT. NO.1/2015-NER as the case may be.
