Name of Posts:
- Chair Professor /Associate Professor:
- Ph.D in IPR or fields closely associated with IPR law. OR
- LLM with excellent grade and with research experience of minimum 5 years in fields closely
- associated with IPR law and policy; Possession of PhD may offset the research experience requirement;
- Excellent knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments in IPR law and policy field;
- Ability to conceptualize and organize international training workshops and brainstorming online/on-site discussions apart from teaching;
- Fluency in English language. OR
- Any outstanding scholar, researcher or practitioner who in the view of the Committee has made significant contribution to knowledge of IPR or who can realize the aim and objectives of the Chair.
- Chair Assistant Professor:
- LLM with excellent grade and with research experience of minimum 2 years in fields closely associated with IPR Law and Policy; Possession of PhD may offset the research experience requirement;
- Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments in IPR Law and Policy field;
- Ability to conceptualize and organize international training workshops and brainstorming online/onsite discussions apart from teaching/Research;
- Fluency in English language. OR
- Any outstanding scholar, researcher or practitioner who in the view of the Committee has made significant contribution to knowledge of IPR or who can realize the aim and objectives of the Chair.
- Research Associate (Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Fellowship):
- Master’s Degree i n Law with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever
- grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university;
- Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments in the fields of oil and natural gas;
- Ability to conceptualize and organize international training workshops and brainstorming online/on-site discussions apart from teaching/Research;
- Fluency in English language.
