• RA: M.Sc.(Biotech / Micro. / Biochem. / Any discipline of Life Science)
• SRF: M.Sc. (Biotech. / Microbio. / Biochem. /Agri. in Agricultural Meteorology / Geophysics / Geoinformatics / Any discipline of Life Science) or MVSc (AGB, Micro., Biotech.) / Ph.D. in Microbiology discipline with food academic record. 
• JRF: Ph.D. in Agromet / Meteorology / Atmospheric Science / Geophysics or M.Sc. /M/Tech in above discipline.
• AO: 12th pass in any discipline with basic knowledge of computer application.
• Technical Assistant: M.Sc. (Agri) specialization with Ag. Entomology.
