Education Qualification:
- Assistant Directors: Degree in Law from a recognized university. Five years' experience in the field of civil aviation dealing with any one or more of the following matters:- a) Legal aspect of civil aviation. b) Economic aspect of civil aviation. c) In the field of air transport.
- Principals: Master Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Degree or Diploma in Teaching or Education from a recognized University or equivalent. Three years' experience in teaching in a Higher Secondary School.
- Joint Drugs Controller: Graduate Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or in Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized University; Postgraduate Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Biochemistry or Chemistry or Microbiology or Pharmacology from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience - Twelve years' experience in dealing with problems connected with drugs standardization and control of drugs standards out of which not less than five years experience should be in the manufacture or testing of drugs or enforcement of the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
- Assistant Cost Account Officers: B.Com Degree of a recognized University. Experience - Three years' experience in Finance Budget, Accounts and Audit from Government or Industrial Organization.
- Professor: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Environmental) and ME/M Tech in Water Resource Engineering / Engineering Hydrology / Fluid Mechanics / Flood Control/ Hydraulic Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE / B. Tech or ME / M.Tech and Ph D. or equivalent with specialization in any area related to Water Resource Engineering / Engineering Hydrology / Fluid Mechanics / Flood Control/ Hydraulic Engineering/ Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering. Post Ph. D publications and guiding Ph. D Student is highly desirable. Experience - Minimum of ten years' teaching/ research/ industrial experience out of which at least five years' should be at the level of Associate Professor Or Minimum of thirteen years' experience in teaching and / or Research and / or Industry.
- Specialists: A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956; Post Graduate Degree in the concerned Specialty; Experience - Three Years' experience
